The average knowledge worker spends 30% of their time searching for information that already exists somewhere in their organization or in their industry. Meanwhile, teams spend hours in update meetings that exist solely to share information everyone could have had if there was a better system.
ListenBrief for Teams changes this. A shared daily briefing is generated from a company-defined source list — competitor feeds, industry publications, company-specific news, regulatory updates — and delivered to every team member's inbox before the workday starts. Everyone arrives informed. Meetings focus on what to do, not what happened.
How team briefings work
On the Enterprise plan, the account admin:
- Defines the shared source list (company-relevant RSS feeds, YouTube channels, newsletters)
- Sets the briefing length and schedule
- Adds team member email addresses
- Optionally allows each member to add personal sources on top of the shared baseline
Every morning, a single briefing is generated from the shared sources and distributed to all team members simultaneously. Each member can optionally receive an extended version with their personal additions layered in.
Multiple briefing profiles for different departments
Enterprise accounts can create unlimited briefing profiles. Common setups:
- Leadership briefing — macro, competitive, financial signals; 30-minute Power-length
- Sales team briefing — customer industry news, competitor products, market trends; 10-minute Pro-length
- Engineering briefing — tech releases, security CVEs, platform updates; 10-minute focused
- Marketing briefing — industry buzz, social signals, campaign performance news; 5-minute Starter-length
Each profile is configured independently and delivered to its own subscriber group. A single admin panel manages all profiles.
Slack and webhook delivery for teams
Individual users receive briefings via email, Telegram, or WhatsApp. Enterprise teams can also configure Slack delivery via webhook — the briefing arrives in a designated channel, visible to everyone on the team without requiring individual email setup. This is especially effective for remote and distributed teams who live in Slack.
